- Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your service. To assure that I provide the utmost service to my clients, it is imperative for clients to arrive on time.
Cancellation, Reschedule and "No Show" Policy
- Clients are required to cancel or reschedule 24 hours prior to their scheduled appointment time. Cancellations must be made by speaking directly to the Stylist or voicemail. If appointments are not cancelled or rescheduled in the allotted time stated above, a $25 fee will be incurred by the client. Please give the courtesy of canceling or rescheduling your appointment.

Children Under 12
- To respect the comfort of all clients, children under 12 years of age are not allowed unless receiving services.
